This Legal Notice governs access to and use of the website (the “Website”). By browsing or using the Website, the user (“User”) accepts these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Website.

The User agrees to a lawful, diligent and respectful use of the Website. The following is prohibited: introducing malicious software, unauthorized scraping, breaching security, or using brands and content without permission. Tropicalia Disco may limit or suspend access in case of breaches.

Entry to events and consumption of alcoholic beverages are restricted to individuals aged 18+. A valid ID may be required. We promote responsible consumption and reserve the right of admission and removal for safety reasons.

5. Bookings, Prices & Payments

Bookings and payments may be processed on the Website or via third parties: Bokun, Viator, Eventbrite, GetYourGuide, Civitatis, PayPal. Prices and conditions may be updated prior to purchase. A booking is confirmed when payment is accepted and a receipt/ticket is issued.

Cancellations & refunds: unless an event is cancelled by Tropicalia Disco or specific product terms state otherwise, tickets are generally non-refundable. In case of rescheduling, tickets remain valid for the new date.

6. Events, Changes & Force Majeure

Tropicalia Disco may modify schedules, artists/DJs, formats, areas or capacities for technical/operational reasons or due to force majeure. If an event is cancelled for reasons attributable to Tropicalia Disco, a refund will be offered pursuant to the applicable policy or the event will be rescheduled. We are not liable for circumstances beyond our control (extreme weather, third-party failures, orders from authorities).

7. Intellectual & Industrial Property

The Website, its design, texts, photos, videos, logos, trademarks and other content belong to Tropicalia Disco or licensed third parties. No rights are acquired by mere use of the Website. Reproduction, distribution, public communication or transformation without authorization is prohibited.

When a User uploads content or appears in photographs and/or audiovisual recordings at events, the User authorizes their display and promotional dissemination on Tropicalia Disco’s own media, within applicable law. If a User does not wish to appear, they may inform staff at the entrance so that “no-recording” areas can be provided when reasonably possible.
